This tournament is for Novice Wrestlers ONLY, limited to the first 250 entries per day.

Schedule

• Check-In: 7:00–8:30 AM (wrestlers not checked in by 8:30 AM will be scratched)

• Wrestling Begins: 10:00 AM

• No Walk-Ins. Registration must be completed by January 8, 2026.

Format

Six-man brackets at most, seeded at random, with full wrestle-backs.
We reserve the right to group weight classes.

All matches will consist of three one-minute periods, with one-minute overtime followed by 30-second tie breakers.

Weight Classes

• Bantam (7 & under):

  • 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 80, UNL

• Midget (8–9):

  • 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, UNL

• Junior (10–11):

  • 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 107, 115, 122, 130, UNL

• Intermediate (12–13):

  • 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 107, 115, 122, 130, 140, 150, UNL

Wrestlers will be grouped by selected weight class. We reserve the right to adjust brackets as needed.

Awards

Trophies will be awarded to all six places!

• Headgear Required

• No weigh-ins (honor system based on selected weight class)

• No smoking, food, or coolers permitted in the gymnasium

• Coaches and parents are asked to supervise wrestlers at all times
